This lifetime warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship. It does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, or general wear and tear.

We offer a lifetime guarantee on all items when used under normal conditions and for their intended purpose. Should any damage occur, simply send the item back to us—we’ll cover the return shipping costs and provide a free repair or replacement.  The cost to send the item back to us is not covered as is at the cost of the customer.

As each bag is crafted from natural vegetable-tanned leather, every hide is unique and may display slight variations in colour, grain, and markings.
