This lifetime warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship. It does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, or general wear and tear.

We offer a lifetime guarantee on all items when used under normal conditions and for their intended purpose. Should any damage occur, simply send the item back to us—we’ll cover the return shipping costs and provide a free repair or replacement.  The cost to send the item back to us is not covered as is at the cost of the customer.

Leather coasters are designed to help protect surfaces from heat, moisture, and scratches. However, due to the natural properties of leather, we cannot guarantee they won’t leave marks or impressions on the surface they are placed on, particularly on delicate finishes.

Additionally, the coasters themselves may develop ring stains or other marks over time with regular use—this is part of the natural ageing process of leather and adds to their unique character.
