Most orders are dispatched within 5 business days and typically arrive within 7-8 business days via standard ground shipping. Please be aware that factors such as weather conditions, busy shopping seasons, shipping holidays, and unforeseen circumstances may result in shipping delays.

Partial Shipments:
In the event that multiple items are ordered and some are out of stock, partial shipments may be made. You will be notified of any delays.

Adamson Leather shall not be held liable for delays in delivery, nor for any loss or damage resulting from such delays. In the event that multiple items are ordered, partial shipments may be made if certain items are out of stock. Every reasonable effort will be made to notify you using the contact information you have provided.

Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNS:
The purchaser is required to notify Adamson Leather within 14 days of receiving the goods if they wish to request an exchange, store credit, or refund. The purchaser shall bear all costs associated with the return of the goods to Adamson Leather.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for returns.
Exchanges:

We accept exchanges for the same value or store credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
