We offer a lifetime guarantee on all items when used under normal conditions and for their intended purpose. Should any damage occur, simply send the item back to us—we’ll cover the return shipping costs and provide a free repair or replacement.  The cost to send the item back to us is not covered as is at the cost of the customer.
